Hi, I’m Leon, founder of Yonder Adventure Company.

I’ve always had a passion for adventure, creativity and challenging myself. From travelling the world as a professional BMX rider to becoming a qualified Mountain Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn the things I love into a career.

Along the way, I studied Outdoor Education at university and spent years guiding people through some of the UK’s most spectacular mountain landscapes.

In 2021, I decided to create something of my own, bringing together my experience, knowledge and enthusiasm for the outdoors.

I’ve always enjoyed creating opportunities, both for myself and for others.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is sharing my knowledge, teaching new skills and watching people grow in confidence as they experience something new.

I love the excitement of stepping outside your comfort zone, but equally, the peace and tranquillity of being in the mountains, surrounded by nature and away from the distractions of everyday life.

That’s what I want to share through Yonder, alongside a team of passionate instructors who love the outdoors as much as I do.
